 Arthurs Seat Brekkie
I went to the Arthurs Seat for Brekkie which turned out to be a great meeting 12 of us in all, as the weather was very dull, with a mist setting in half way there.
I arrived about 8-20 am, and already Michael and Thea were there and a couple the other members.
Thea had just unpacked and turned on the B B Q to heat up.
Thank you Thea for being there and getting it started.
As I said the weather was not the best; misty rain, but still every body enjoyed them selves.
After the brekkie those who could; road down to the Jetty shop for another coffee, and to catch up with some of the members that didn't make it for brekkie
Again the weather was still a fine mist, but every one was happy to be there and enjoyed the companionship.
Bob Russell took some photos and bought Pizza for every one to have a piece and suggested that we could each put in a dollar or so and have this each Saturday, as that would help Sam, since he has the members from the club each Saturday morning.
This was agreed too by all.
Regards to everyone Doug.

Aprils brekkie at Arthurs Seat happened despite it not being officially organised at the meeting.

As it was in the news letter for the 12th (second Sat 8AM). So I turned up (Thea had to work)  with what we had in the fridge.

As usual the weather was much better than forecast.

11 members turned up, we all had a good chat and a wonderful early morning ride.

It was decided by all that for the winter period a b.y.o brekkie would be a good idea, If there are no objections.

See you at the next icicles winter brekkie.

Yes every second Saturday of the month!

On the 12th last, Jack and Malie volunteered again and had plenty of bacon and eggs, tea, coffee and orange juice and three kinds of bread for 18 members that turned up to enjoy the company in glorious weather. There was lots of help with the cooking from other members so it is not a heavy task. We finished at 9.30 so the riders went for a ride over to Flinders and return as Sam and Rita don’t open the café till about 10Am. Malie and I walked all around the “SeaWinds” national Park for that time and really enjoyed it as we hadn’t been there for nearly 9 years. All up good value for a couple of Dollars.
