Sunday the 11th of October, at 9.30am, a nice morning with 14 Motor Bikes, Riders and Pillions arrived at Baxter shopping centre to go for a ride, to be led by Kim. After some instruction from Kim who said it would be a slow ride as he only rode a 250cc but hoped we would enjoy ourselves anyway. Kim started off with everyone following, and Tiny as Tailend Charlie. We all followed at a very good speed, keeping to the speed limits and watching the traffic and the scenery. We rode around the bends, up and down the hills and finely coming to Gembrook where we had a stop for our morning tea. Every one congratulated Kim on a very good ride and told him what a great job he did, and that his bike went really well. After the stop in Gembrook it was off to Healesville, again riding through the twisty roads, this time stopping at the Beechworth Bakery in Healesville for lunch, after lunch some of the members went for a ride around the loop while some of us went for a look around the main street of Healesville which was quite nice and relaxing. Then we all met at the Shell Petrol Station for the ride back, this time stopping at the McDonald in Berwick; were some said there good bye’s and the rest of us stopped before heading for home. Thank You Kim for a Great Day and a good ride. From Betty and Doug Lutz
